2015 PARTY INFORMATION AND RATES
We provide at least 3 ponies per party. One pony to be ridden, one to be driven and
one or two ponies for the children to pet, brush and decorate with ribbons. The hour is
divided to provide time with both the cart and the saddle pony. We recommend
starting with the cart in order to accommodate the most children at the beginning of
the party then switching to the saddle pony so they can experience riding on the
pony's back.
We have a maximum weight limit of 90 lbs on the pony's back, but we don't have a
maximum weight limit in the cart. We recommend utilizing both the saddle pony and
the carriage pony at your party to accommodate any children above the weight limit or
small children who are unsure about riding the pony. Many times a ride on a parent's
lap in the cart will give the child enough confidence to try out the saddle pony later in
the party.
Occasionally we run into situations where use of the pony cart is simply not an option.
In those cases we use only the saddle pony.
A note to parents... Our pony cart is driven, NOT hand led. Leading a harnessed animal
in hand, on foot, with kids in the cart unsupervised, is not an acceptable method of
giving cart rides and poses a definite risk. Please make sure any cart you hire has a
qualified, experienced driver in the seat and an experienced, carefully trained driving
animal pulling it. Besides, a driven pony goes at a trot, and that's a LOT more fun!

$175 for an hour
$50 per each additional half hour

For parties with fewer than 15 children an hour is usually plenty of time. Over 15
children may require more time if children are to get multiple rides. Additional time
must be requested in advance in order to accommodate multiple bookings.
Listed rates are for parties within 40 miles of our location. Additional charges will be applied for parties over 40
miles from our location. Please call for our extended area rates.
* Public events are not eligible for discounted rates. Weekday rates apply Monday-Thursday and Friday mornings.

A $50 non refundable booking fee is required within 5 days of the day you book your party. The
fee assures you get the date and time you want. In cases of rain or family emergency your
booking fee can be applied to another date for up to a year from your originally scheduled party.
I also allow booking fees to be transferred to another party if rescheduling is not possible.
